See You When I See You

Tonight, I'm being set apart as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I'm so honored and couldn't be happier to serve the Lord with all my efforts.  Although I know it will be hard, I am eager to go out, love, and serve the people of Taichung, Taiwan.

Shout-out to all my friends and family who have been there when I needed someone to talk with, dance with, pray with, and laugh with (You all know who you are!!).

Today, I made red bean-filled muffins with rice flour (mochiko).  I haven't tasted them yet, since it's fast Sunday, but I have high hopes for them!
